Seems to be new data that THC cartridge usage was in 90% of the cases. I am assuming there were some nasty additives from illegal cartridges. I am noticing Colorado isn't on the list of deaths but California is. I wish there was more info on what exactly is causing this. I stopped using my (legal and regulated) THC cartridge once all this started coming out, but did use it for about a year, a couple times a week.
The last update was less than a month ago, and was 805 cases and 12 deaths, so it's continued increasing quickly. The CDC has a good overview/resource page here: http://www.cdc.gov/lunginjury

Looks like it's tied to a specific brand, Dank Vapes, and counterfeits thereof.
