    Spent all weekend dancing at a festival (Fri, Sat), recovered for a day, then flew out to vegas and partied and danced for a few more. I guess I'm doing alright for my heart! Back to lifting...

    I've started doing Juijitsu and damn is it a good workout. I'm feeling muscles I didn't even know I had. I think it's a good addition to my weight lifting. As it's actually enjoyable cardio...

    I think it's a good addition to my weight lifting. As it's actually enjoyable cardio instead of just rowing or cycling machines. I get so bored after 5 mins on one of those
