A comment that got a lot of traction r/ublockorigin said that this clause is more about if they wanted to shut down part of or all of YouTube. Say they decide that YouTube music isn't working out for them they could shut it down and then point to this clause when musicians/labels complain about the loss of revenue. Etc

Edit: YouTube has said this now too https://mobile.twitter.com/TeamYouTube/status/1193988444873060352

I think it's a good addition to my weight lifting. As it's actually enjoyable cardio instead of just rowing or cycling machines. I get so bored after 5 mins on one of those

When did you realize you weren't >cis/straight/etc?

I think about 12 once puberty kicked in and I noticed I was attracted to guys. I had a older cousin in my life who was gay and had a partner so it wasn't really wierd or scary for me to understand.

Are you out or still in the closet?

I came out to Mum pretty much as soon as I knew and other family and close friends over time. However I'm in the closet in my workplace as I work mostly with straight older conservative guys and homophobia is pretty prevalent and I just can't be bothered dealing with it.

How's the social situation where you live? (Are you accepted?)

I live in a pretty conservative part of Australia so it's not great but I get by

In a relationship? If so, how did you meet?

I guess they're relationships. I have a couple guys I spend a lot of time with but to me it's more a good friends with benefits type situation. I met them on apps.

    Anything on your mind?

I think I'm Aromatic. I don't know if it's just from lack of chances to feel romantic about someone. I get 'lust' for guys but after a while it fades and it hasn't been replaced with romantic feelings. I also just don't really have a drive to put in the work to build a serious relationship. I like spending time with people I've been dating and even have had a two year relationship but eventually in that relationship I just couldn't give back enough love to keep him satisfied even though I liked his company. I would love a relationship for all the benifits and I like the idea of having an ally/best friend/better half or whatever we want to call it but I'm just not sure I feel love yet.

I prefer phone calls over messaging personally. But I've developed a habit of never answering the phone when someone rings and calling back when it's convenient for me.

It started because my sister is addicted to calling someone when she is driving. I've tried to convince here that even hands free is distracting and dangerous. So I just stopped answering. I would call back an hour later and I've found that she usually doesn't want to talk then. It was just something to do while driving because apparently concentrating on driving is boring.

But now I do it for almost all calls. Especially unknown or private numbers. Which more often then not are scams or marketing anyway.

A few people will just text me to call them now but I don't think it's as prevalent as the article suggests. Most people I know still just call.

I think this election result speaks loudly that people are still not concerned with the state of the environment or climate change.

Considering the NSW liberal government oversaw the miss-management of the Murray darling basin resulting in huge fish die offs https://www.abc.net.au/news/science/2019-01-16/what-caused-menindee-fish-kill-drought-water-mismanagement/10716080

As well as approving record land clearing https://www.theguardian.com/australia-news/2018/aug/04/clearing-of-native-vegetation-in-nsw-jumps-800-in-three-years

Plus just the general stance of the party is anti environment. Pro big Ag and big Fossil fuel.

Personally I find this very disheartening and makes me feel a bit sick, but I guess it's to be expected in Australia at the moment. We are failing to meet our end of the Paris agreement and continue to heavily promote coal.

I've since worked in Military, Mining and Transport sectors on varying systems and technology and it's all been pretty engaging.

There is little interaction with 'the public' due to the jobs I've had but there is interaction with clients and colleges. But it's usually business.

My Sister has a son with a rare genetic disorder and has had a public page on him since almost the beginning of his life. On one hand it's helped to spread a bit of awareness of his condition. Helped raise a bit of money to help her with expenses and built a network with other parents of kids with the same condition.

But on the other hand I couldn't even comprehend how I would feel if I learnt that there were thousands of photos and posts documenting my life and suffering for all to see.

I think it's even worse that Facebook is the vehicle for it too. Possibly the worse company to have this data.
