On top of Michigan's Supreme Court declaring that the state of emergency is overextended and can no longer apply, the Attorney General has gotten in on this and said that anything passes during the state of emergency is no longer law. This removes michigan from a state of emergency right when districts are damning the torpedoes on in person classes. This is going to be a catastrophe, but at least michiganders have their constitutional freedoms back and the economy is being fed. Yay.
