    Just keeping on with kettlebells. Upgraded from a 20 kg bell to 24 kg. One thing I will say is that while having a lighter bell help with form on wrist, forearm, etc stuff, a heavier bell starts...

    Just keeping on with kettlebells. Upgraded from a 20 kg bell to 24 kg. One thing I will say is that while having a lighter bell help with form on wrist, forearm, etc stuff, a heavier bell starts to really make sure I do a proper pull for swings, snatches and cleans. At lower weights, it's pretty easy to let your arms and shoulders do the work of swinging the bell up out of the start position. Once I get a heavier bells, I find I have to use my entire posterior chain to do a proper pull and get the bell up and out to where it needs to be.

    Feels kind of similar to barbell squatting. When I do bodyweight squats, I get kind of loose and don't have the best form. But once I get some weight on the bar and go underneath, everything properly works together to do a proper squat.

    As it is I have two places I train depending on what needed, the outdoor gyms (adult playground) littered across each park here when I need to do back work, and some focused shoulders, and at home with a rubber band when I need legs, pushups for chest and arms.
    Its not fast as the weight gamut is pretty slim and low but its working ok. Need to mix in running with this and while its not the most effective, its as good as can be
