Sharing drone photography?

I recently got in to drone photography. I got a DJI Air 3 and have been having a blast flying it around and taking photos. I have been messing around with Adobe Lightroom touching up the photos I take. I even got my Part 107 cert on a whim because I thought it would be cool to have; whether or not I actually use the thing commercially is kinda beside the point for me.

Does anyone have any suggestions on where to find and share drone photos? I'm kinda hoping to see what others are doing in the space to get inspiration and maybe some critical eyes for my own work. I reopened a long dormant Instagram account and started posting here and there only to find that most of my feed is ads...

That said, Premiere is a blight upon the land to me. If you want to, I would suggest switching to Davinci Resolve for the color grading and don't look back unless you really need the Warp Stabilizer.

I’m just scratching the surface with photography and Lightroom! I’ve played with the videos, but mostly just use the built in modes because they are neat. Other than that I have no clue how to even begin videography, but maybe one day.

If you are on Mac (or iPad if you aren’t trying to do huge amounts) you could try Final Cut Pro. No clue how it compares to anything else though.

I found quite a good place at Grey Arrows (https://greyarro.ws/) - it's a drone forum, but has regular competitions on a certain theme ('castles', or 'straight down' etc) which encourage you to get out and fly, along with lots of advice and tips and general sharing of images. Most of the people there are way better than I am at drone photography, but it gives me inspiration.

Sounds like you need to curate your Instagram feed:

Your feed may be riddled with shit right now, but it should get better if you curate it, and follow+favorite some more specific creators to populate your feed with. And it's probably worth doing, since Instagram is likely your best bet for finding and connecting with other drone photography enthusiasts, and probably the best place to share your own work with others too.

The reason I say that is because, even though I don't follow any drone specific creators on Instagram, it's still the platform where I have seen the most drone photos/footage from various unrelated creators I actually do follow, who occasionally use drones, like Wide Boyz (climbing) and STORROR (parkour).
