Regardless, I have to imagine there are a lot of hidden fees associated with maintaining an underwater structure. That, combined with the boom and bust cycle that any tourist attraction suffers from, were probably some big factors in why both the restaurant and the club closed if I had to guess.

Sounds like it's not too far into the ocean if they're able to have a stairwell going down into it. I would try to go inside!

It used to be an underwater restaurant. The restaurant closed and it was turned into a strip club.

I feel many would go just for the uniqueness and coolness factor of it.
