Wow. When I first started this article I figured it would be a long shot at best. I read My Immortal back in high school, and I've studied historical alchemy and the Resecrutians over the last year, but I had never put the two together.
This article is very convincing. There are too many coincidences (most notably the pen name "Rose Christo") for this to be an imaginary connection.
