I mean, I don't think it will be anywhere near that bad in just 20 years, but I wouldn't be surprised to see some things move in that direction. I don't think people will be renting out parts of their homes as office space, though. If they do any renting of their homes it will be as living space and for extra income. It's already happening in Los Angeles, where they're changing laws to make it easier to build a second building on your property.
