      I get why you would write it like this, but I think including some nuance - that, for example, the US has repeatedly urged Israel to be more targeted - would be helpful. The US is not encouraging...

        I wouldn't personally say that the US is "encouraging" genocide, but they're not exactly availing themselves of their options to force the Israelis to stop their subjugation of the Palestinians....

        I wouldn't personally say that the US is "encouraging" genocide, but they're not exactly availing themselves of their options to force the Israelis to stop their subjugation of the Palestinians. For example they could make further military aid to Israel conditional on the removal of all West Bank settlers and serious attempts to create a Palestinian state.

        Oh and of course no more assasinating journalists with snipers and missiles.

        If the US actually imposed conditions on the aid they are receiving that would be one thing, but we don’t. We can say to be more targeted, but as long as Israel does not listen and we continue to...

      Which is far from perfect, but I understand the difficulty of cutting off a major regional ally after decades of support.
