The mainstream media always says "the n-word", but what will happen when we have tape of Trump saying it?
Will they censor it? I sort of imagine when the "shit hole" countries thing and the "Grab them by the pussy" thing happened it will be similar. I'm just watching the news and they have not once said the "n-word" YET
If it is a recording, they will play it. If it is a headline or a news person saying it, it's hard to say. I'd lean toward them not saying it just because people will perceive it some way it isn't.
I wouldn't want to be the newscaster who's instructed to say it. It could haunt the rest of their career.
Agreed, but the comment I responded to mentioned a headline. I wouldn't want to be the person who was told "go out there and read it just like he said it." I'd use "n-word" if at all possible.

I know exactly what you're doing here, but it just seems weird to not say "google" or "search". It's weird how socially ingrained search = google.
Yeah I know. I like bing because searching with it I have so far received over 30 bucks in amazon gift cards. seriously just switch in your browser and sign in.
I know it's nihilist but, It is already out there. I try not to let THAT paranoia take over, just the things I can control.

Interestingly, as someone who uses bing regularly I didn't even notice. I've noticed before like you and thought it sounded weird, but you apparently get used to it.
Microsoft did try to make "bing it" a thing for a while. As a DuckDuckGo user I sometimes say "duck it", but that just confuses everyone.
