This isn't simply biased news. The link between this website and the Russian Internet Research Agency is well established. So much so, that the leader of the site was detained by the FBI and told to register himself and the website as foreign agents.
That doesn't mean that anyone who contributed to the site, past or present, is culpable or was even aware of the connection. This post of yours with just a list of names and social media accounts...

This post of yours with just a list of names and social media accounts tied to them, with no solid evidence backing up your claims that it's "their duty to register as foreign agents" is incredibly irresponsible, IMO. If you think you have discovered foreign agents in the US, get in contact with the FBI (they have a counterintelligence division for a reason)... don't just publish an unverified hitlist on social media! That's how you get innocent people hurt, FFS.
