    I absolutely think banning T_D is in order. Their mod team completely ignores violent content and disinformation regularly. At this point, it's the fallback sub and breeding ground for the worst...

Incels, red pillers, q anon larpers, pizzagaters and whatever comes next will feed from T_D and conspiracy until the spin-off subs are banned and then use those subs to regroup and make new spin-off subs.

    I was really puzzled by the increase from eliminating defaults. At first, I thought a sub was created at that time or there was a significant news event. I even looked up when crossposting and posting to profiles was launched. Nothing else lined up with the huge increase of traffic. Eliminating defaults lines up to the day. At the time, I think I was on the fence about the possible negative impacts, but accepted it as an inevitability. I was probably more concerned with regular spam at the time.

    I think this data demonstrates where community moderation altogether is most lacking. Reddit needs in-house moderation to avoid state-sponsored propaganda, but their efforts so far haven't produced anything significant.

    The "war room" was nothing more than PR. Don't hold your breath waiting for their debrief. I sent them all of these domains weeks before the election. Zero follow up beyond acknowledging receipt.

    This isn't simply biased news. The link between this website and the Russian Internet Research Agency is well established. So much so, that the leader of the site was detained by the FBI and told to register himself and the website as foreign agents.

    The main purpose is to verify a user on platform A is the same user on platform B. Most people on reddit prefer anonymity, but username availability doesn't always line up.

    I have found it useful. I wish I knew about it before deleting my accounts on reddit, but no biggie. I may be in the minority, who would actually use it, but it might ease the transition for some.

Maybe I haven't paid close enough attention, but I haven't heard much from them in the past year. If you want current evidence of liberal disinformation and astroturfing, I got you covered. The catch is I'll also provide a mountain of conservative disinformation to accompany it.

    Regarding Ivanka, it's not the exact same thing as Hillary. It's similar. To say there's no hypocrisy when her father campaigned on "but her emails" and "lock her up" and "you'd be in jail" demonstrates bias on your part.
