Spoilers herein Ones I caught that whippersnappers might miss. There's probably a lot more subtle ones, too.

Kung Fu (tv show from the 70s): Blind asian guy named Caine, branding by picking up a hot pot of fire
Matrix: Fishburne and Reeves, train station scene, Marquis/Merovingian
Warriors: Fighting a series of gangs through the night announced by a DJ
Mr. Nobody (good film from a couple years ago): Mr. Nobody (also, the fact that Mr. Nobody has a dog is a callback to John Wick 1)
The Fast and the Furious: ridiculous car stunts with american heavy metal cars
Helen of Troy: John's wife (should have been named Penelope)
Charon is just too dang obvious

Bonus: McShane subtly and quickly breaks the fourth wall during the duel scene

I consider it the best John Wick movie, but I'm not a rabid fan. Not as good as either of the crank movies.
