From a writing and dialogue perspective, pretty awful to be honest. Not sure what the point of having Viking Logan and Magneto is versus just some random dudes with similar powers; from a character perspective it wouldn’t be any different. Also nitpicky but I can’t fathom why Wolverine would have metal claws instead of bone claws.
Yeah, it feels like a bunch of VFX and stunt people decided to make a fan film, so those aspects really shine. Story and acting-wise though, meh. It's also not very lore-friendly either since...

Just for clarifications about his claws, they are bone claws. We just made them sharper because that's how we prefered it to be, design-wise.

Wolverine actually did originally have bone claws (as shown in the Origin comics). He only got the Adamantine skeleton and claws after being experimented on by Weapon X. And TBH, I think these...

And TBH, I think these filmmakers made a mistake going with sharper/metallic looking claws even if they are supposedly meant to be bone, since proper, gnarly, knobbly looking bone claws like he had in Origin would have been way cooler, IMO.
