      That's true either way. Unless stealing is already redefined in the common consensus as - stealing and also unauthorized copying. Stealing is a pretty specific act and not respecting copyright is...

      Stealing is a pretty specific act and not respecting copyright is a different one. It is also not piracy but that seems even more ingrained by now.

      I'm now realizing how many words were appropriated by companies to shift meanings around to better suit them.

      Is it stealing when the company takes your money and then doesn't deliver? Or maybe this situation is "ok" because it wasn't a purchase but a "license agreement"?
