    I guess outside of the OMG factor, the MCU was always built into the lynchpin of having all the rights to all the characters that they pulled in, conglomeration of rights, Sony's inability to think beyond their own nose, and the fact that this is all going to be over in a week when Disney and Sony re-up and make nice again.
