What are your favorite deleted scenes?

Whether it be a scene you like, a scene you think should have been kept, both, or something else.

(Can also include scenes that were re-inserted in a later release, like an extended edition.)

    I have a vague recollection that on the DVD of K-PAX there's a deleted scene where the Dr. is pushing Prot around in a wheelchair, comatose after he was supposed to return to his planet, showing...

    I have a vague recollection that on the DVD of K-PAX there's a deleted scene where the Dr. is pushing Prot around in a wheelchair, comatose after he was supposed to return to his planet, showing that he really was just a human. It totally changes the end of the movie to be the opposite of what ran in theaters. (At least for me.)

    The alternate ending of The Butterfly Effect is really dark and changes the ending to be completely different.

    spoilers In the alternate ending, the main character is desperate to correct all the mistakes he's made by altering his timeline, and travels back to his own birth and strangles himself with his own umbilical cord.
