    How many times am I going to end up rebuying this trilogy on physical media? I guess time will tell.

    This one, at least, seems to have both theatrical and extended editions in it. To be honest, I don't actually remember what's cut in the theatrical releases I've only seen the extendeds so many times. But it might be nice to have a version you can watch with your not-quite-as-enthusiastic family members.

      I'm excited for this, I just bought a new TV so that's a plus. I'm undecided yet if I'll purchase or go high sea's. I don't have anything right now to watch physical media, and I already have some original copies of the extended edition on DVD, so it may come down to the boxes/packaging itself.
