Justin (lead singer of The Darkness) just featured this cover on his podcast along with some other really fun covers. If you haven’t listened to this New Orleans version yet, definitely check it out.

I love his podcast, well recommended to anyone. I think it's mainly because he's not what I expected out of a rock star. Maybe I've gotten used to headlines asking questions where the answer is invariably 'no'. However when you see a video from Justin asking "Are they really any good?" the answer is usually "yes, they're amazing and you should listen to this". He's consistently positive, nuanced, and comes off as genuinely excited about the artists, and their music. It's good fun.

So weird that 2012 was 11 years ago and the whole indie folk thing already feels like a distant fad. Anyway, it's a nice cover but I have to share Jazz Emu's version. Of course I regret to inform...

Of course I regret to inform you you're now obligated to watch all of his other surreal videos, and I will extend no tolerance for your refusal.
