The shot near the end with the owl in the cage is my favorite part. To me it reads like Kendrick believes he's sparing Drake, letting him hide in the cave he's forced Drake into after Not Like Us dropped
The artistic direction was fantastic. In no specific order The owl in the cage Kendrick and family dancing together Demar DeRozan cameo Drake figure approaching menacingly only to be yanked back....

The teaser at the beginning was gas too. Hoping we see a full version of that some day soon
"No OVHOES were harmed in the making of this video," lol. Amazing. I don't have a side in this beef. I've listened to Drake back in the day, I've listened to Kendrick here and there. Either way,...

I don't have a side in this beef. I've listened to Drake back in the day, I've listened to Kendrick here and there. Either way, the drama is hilarious to me. And, hands down, Kendrick murdered this man in broad daylight.
I still don’t understand this beef between Drake and Kendrick. Drake is nowhere near Kendrick, they are in entirely different leagues. How is Drake taking shots, and then Kendrick even caring what...

I still really like this song, glad it’s getting more traction than just some diss track.
Yeah that's kind of what the beef is about. Artistically, and (from what we know of them) personally, they couldn't be much further apart. But their numbers are in the same range (Drake is the...

Yeah that's kind of what the beef is about. Artistically, and (from what we know of them) personally, they couldn't be much further apart. But their numbers are in the same range (Drake is the bigger artist, but the volume he puts out has a lot to do with that) and they work for the same industry, so it's kind of natural that they'd clash. When you have what seems to be a deeply personal dislike -- contempt, even -- on Kendrick's side, in hiphop's competitive culture, sparks are gonna fly. Worth noting also that it's also more Kendrick who started this beef in the public eye -- with his "Like That" verse -- and Drake who was under pressure to respond, due to his history of embarrassing losses in beefs, and J Cole folding.
Kendrick initiated this battle back in April. Drake had to defend himself, there’s no other option. Unfortunately for him he was outmatched from the jump.

In my opinion, this battle has been building since Kendrick's feature on Big Sean's - Control back in 2013. At the time, Kendrick called out a bunch of up and coming rappers, including Drake, and...
In my opinion, this battle has been building since Kendrick's feature on Big Sean's - Control back in 2013. At the time, Kendrick called out a bunch of up and coming rappers, including Drake, and basically said I'm better than yall. Drake took offense and the two have been at odds since
If we're just looking at this most recent round, it's a hard sell to put it all on Like That (the Kendrick feature from April that you mentioned) without mentioning Drake & J Coles - First Person Shooter. Kendricks bars on Like That serve as a response to FPS, specifically when they declare raps Big Three to be Drake, J Cole and Kendrick
