Same. I love their regular stuff too, but my all-time favorite Mashup album is also: Tom Caruana's Enter The Magical Mystery Chambers (Wu Tang vs The Beatles) Such a damn good mashup album!
Never checked out his others, but Black Gold was what first got me interested in Wu Tang. Absolutely blew my mind when I first heard it, and made me wonder why I hadn't seen more mashups/collabs...

As perfectly exemplified by my absolute favorite track from the album, Got Your Money. ODB's unique rap style and his raunchy pimpin' lifestyle lyrics mixed with the super upbeat sounding piano and nightcore (pitched up and sped up) chorus from The Beatles You Never Give Me Your Money is magical. :P

And thank God I did, because shortly after that it was taken down everywhere due to Capital Records threatening to sue for damages over the use of The Beatles samples.
So for years after its release there was actually no place to legally listen to it anymore... although there were illegal copies constantly popping up and being taken down on YouTube (some of which might have been uploaded by me ;). Thankfully, it eventually did reappear on Bandcamp again a few years ago though, presumably thanks to McCartney regaining rights to a bunch of Beatles stuff.
you should read Rae's autobiography. It clarifies a lot of the issues he''s had with RZA over the years :) I also love the Wu --- but mostly 36 Chambers and the first round of solos. Some other...

I also love the Wu --- but mostly 36 Chambers and the first round of solos. Some other solos were good, but nothing can top that spree of Liquid Swords, Return To..., OB4CL, Ironman, etc. Perfect records.
Nice song, and very good for modern Wu. Shame about the video though. I guess it looks okay for AI, but it would have looked better with, you know, real people. They have the resources.
