I've seen this guy live 4 times now, and he's amazing. His first album The Much Much How How and I came out last year, and it's fantastic. He uses loads of "found sounds" to create his music. For example, a lot of his beats feature slate being broken up with a hammer. One of his songs uses the sounds made by deep sea fish... Another uses the clapping of a monk in Nepal...
It's deeply unusual stuff, but absolutely worth your time.

His live shows are brilliant; he usually improvises three or four songs on the spot each night, and has some good patter with the audience as well. There's a good video on YouTube of a live show he did in Paris, though I assume you've already watched it if you're familiar with him :D
