Sam Smith's Spectre theme was admittedly pretty mediocre, but the only really crappy one from recent memory for me was Jack White and Alisha Keys' Quantum of Solace theme (and I say that despite being a huge fan of both as artists). However immediately before that, Chris Cornell's Casino Royale theme was pretty awesome.
Nothing will ever top Goldfinger for me though. It's just so damn iconic, and Shirley Bassey's voice is unmatched. And even at 75 years old she still absolutely crushes it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-orFtcORyuM#t=1m10s
