p.s. I totally relate to the woman who mentioned whistling helping with her anxiety disorder, since I often whistle when I am starting to get anxious/panicky too! And the video also made me want to learn how to get better at whistling; Not to compete or anything, but just because of how neat it would be to be able to whistle that amazingly well. :P
