Can someone find me a service that will rent me the world's smallest violin?

The financial situation is especially dire for megahosts, some of whom bought up dozens of properties and built short-term-rental empires that made up their main source of income (about one-third of Airbnb hosts have more than 25 properties, according to the analytics site AirDNA).

Also remember the 50 bucks you had to pay because your suitcase weighed 1kg extra? The airline would also like some money.

What about all the hotels you visited?

A fucking third of them have more than 25 houses, they could just sell a them and live without work the rest of their lifes!

So there is controversy about a feature that allows you to OPTIONALLY donate money. Just another day in the internet.

There's controversy over the message AirBnB is unintentionally sending with this, which is a thing that would happen long before the internet existed.

Sure. Remove my mention of the internet and my opinion stands. People are (again) getting upset over nothing. That is the real story here. We humans are dumb as hell.

Please avoid posting articles based around social media reactions, trending hashtags, top comments from AskReddit threads, etc. Sites love publishing them because they're easy to write, but they're not good content.

Axel Springer media is known to be tabloid trash like this. Very unsurprising
