      Probably because OP didn't realize it was a repost. The original submission's URL has a / at the end but this one doesn't, and I suspect the repost detection is rather exact so failed to provide a...

      Edit: I just tested it myself. The / being absent from a previously submitted URL does indeed prevent the warning from popping up, so I have added this issue to Gitlab: https://gitlab.com/tildes/tildes/-/issues/691
