    He's lucky it didn't end up like the now former NFL player in Las Vegas who killed that young woman. Was doing over 150mph on a 45mph street (Vegas speed limits even in neighborhoods is already ridiculous...) AND driving while drunk.

    People who do stuff like this should get their DL's revoked and definitely spend some time in jail. Not that driving without DL prevents someone from driving, but still.

    And maybe also lose their lucrative NFL jobs, too.

    I would expect (as a resident of Twin Cities) that this individual be arrested. It's outrageous that someone can drive like this and not face repercussions for their lack of respect for fellow humans.
