Anyone else catch the race from Atlanta yesterday? It was looking like it was going to be a day for Ford, but Chevrolet pulled it off and took the checkered flag.
Anyone else catch the race from Atlanta yesterday? It was looking like it was going to be a day for Ford, but Chevrolet pulled it off and took the checkered flag.
Watched most of it. Was doing some chores so didn't see portions of it, but for the most part it was nuts because the teams knew the thunderstorms were coming through. I'm a Bubba fan and watching him go from a too ten finish to high 20s right before stage 2 ended was soul crushing. Preece got loose above him and turned down in, nothing that could have been done. It's just part of racing. However the entire race was fun and frantic from what I saw, a lot of draft slingshots going on in 3 wide racing.
Yeah, I saw that, it seems as though Bubba near the end of the race is like a huge electronic magnet, but yes lots of drafting, sling shot passing and one massive cluster of mangled metal known as "The BIG one." But all in all a great race.
