As a Brit who didn't know that Major League Rugby was a thing, I thought I'd check out their YouTube channel where they post full match videos.
I don't know what's worse for them, the dismally low viewership they have on YouTube or the thousands of empty seats in their stadiums. The commentary on each match is far from good and the quality of play isn't that great either. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if they went down under in less than two years.
I don't see rugby or soccer or even cricket becoming a thing in America. That's a good thing. Look what happened to the America's cup, swimming, golfing, cycling....

they've already been around for a year; this is their second year of play and they're intending on expanding going into 2020.
