What did you do this week (and weekend)?

Had a surprise invite to a fine dining restaurant and had my first tasting menu with some really wild stuff. Was a great experience, too expensive to repeat anytime soon, but definitely will go again
Terminated as part of ongoing layoffs and put the lights up on my Christmas tree with ornaments around the house. I guess I’ll spend more time with my family but it’s kinda hard to enjoy the holidays in this mindset, especially when you know no one’s hiring til at least January at the earliest.
