It is a lot of fun! I go almost every week and sometimes compete in races. There is something very satisfying and elemental about getting out on the water and harnessing the wind to get around.

It definitely sounds fun :) Closest I've been is kayaking, which isn't really the same, to be fair. As a none-time sailor, what are your favourite bits? The wind control? (Also, races? Have you...

(Also, races? Have you won any? How competitive are they? I don't know anything about sailing races, but they seem pretty fun :))
I think my favourite part is just getting out on the water and out of the city. I’ve only been in a few races and we didn’t win. Some can be a bit competitive and some are pretty casual.

Also, I'll be looking to set up a basic static HTML/CSS page on https://sk-game-dev.neocities.org/, to have a free, simple place to keep my project(s) up to date, as I didn't renew my old hosting and domain.
I did. I forked some CMS-like tool over, it had a Zelda inspired name I think. I can't remember what it was called. I had trouble getting it to work, plus as far as I had read my entire fork was...

I saw someone on here reference Neocities so I'm going to give them a try.
As an update: I failed at doing any worth-while Godot dev, but I migrated my old website's basic pages (think of your first website written in HTML) to Neocities. I did get a gym membership and...

I did get a gym membership and hit the gym for leg day yesterday though so that's an accomplishment. And I have a personal trainer assessment tonight, though I'm sure I won't actually use a personal trainer because who wants to make progress pfft. This will at least tell me where I stand with lean weight though. I'm about 270 lbs, give or take 10, and last time I did the thing, I was (very approximately) 100-110 lbs fat tissue.
I did a bit of poking around the Open Weather API with svelte JS. I’m still a very long way off from my dream of making a webapp wrapper for reddit, but at least I’m starting to learn the basics...

Also, I’ll be taking a chemistry (reteach and retake because most everyone failed it) and math exam (it’s an extra course) tomorrow, so wish me luck!
I've got a lot of things I'm (meant) to do. Solidify my workout routine. Create a command line application for audio playback (just to get to grips with gstreamer and click). Probably polish up my...

Movie night with a friend. Was supposed to be a double date but the friend got dumped the other day so now more of a making sure she's doing good and taking her mind off it
Sleep: I have been averaging 3-4 hours of sleep every day this week for no apparent reason. I know every sleep suggestion under the sun and have tried them all giving them months to work and none have. Smoking weed was my golden ticket but my tolerance is absurdly high (lol) these days so I'm taking a couple months tolerance break and its k i l l i n g me.
Maybe going to one of the few local museums? I'm a member at a few and haven't been in a while. We'll see how I'm feeling.

I need a mental break from work, and I have an empty social calendar for the weekend, so I plan to engage in my current favorite pasttime: getting pleasantly buzzed and submitting ProtonDB reports for Steam games. I have a sizable library, and they're constantly updating Proton, so there's always something new I can test and share out about. I try to either choose niche games with very few reports (sometimes none), or games whose last report is weeks or months old. I also picked up a few game bundles recently, so I have a bunch of new stuff to not only test, but actually play as well -- though for some reason the testing is usually more fulfilling to me than the playing. Odd.
Outside of that, I'll spend some quality time with the dog and the husband. My battery is at empty after this workweek, and the two of them are my recharging cable.
Gotta prep my books, last few pieces of clothing, and a few big stuff like a stove and a washing machine for the movers. I'm moving out and to a new city; most of the essential furniture is ready...
Gotta prep my books, last few pieces of clothing, and a few big stuff like a stove and a washing machine for the movers. I'm moving out and to a new city; most of the essential furniture is ready at my new apartment, and the coming four five days I'll enjoy my last days at the house I was raised in, where I lived for almost a quarter of a century.
So all in all, I'm not doing much, but that's what my plan is anyways.
I am going sailing ⛵️!
Have fun! I've never been sailing before, so if it isn't your first time, how was it like before?

Regarding hosting, have you tried Netlify?
I did. I forked some CMS-like tool over, it had a Zelda inspired name I think. I can't remember what it was called. I had trouble getting it to work, plus as far as I had read my entire fork was publicly visible a la free Github, though I could have mistook that for something else.

I bailed on work with a cold, will be studying for two exams, and playing the Link's Awakening remake.
