Attempt to take it easy Saturday.
Anndd...heading to the Los Angeles Stompbox Exhibit with a buddy Sunday. I'm kinda past the days where I lusted over every other whacky guitar pedal, but this should be fun nonetheless. I just realized they'll also be exhibiting synths, which I'm way more interested in.
Thank me (or hate me) later. But...don't serve with ranch dressing. You're supposed to use ketchup to make faces on 'em. She's having her birthday at a Shakey's, a pizza parlor with overpriced...

She's having her birthday at a Shakey's, a pizza parlor with overpriced mediocre pizzas (actually, I kind of crave them sometimes), a game room, and, most importantly, MOJOS.
My wife is off at a retreat, so I'm in charge of the kids... which would be great if we didn't homeschool. I write for a living and can't for the life of me remember how diagramming sentences...

The weekend will involve going to the eldest's cross country meet and then cleaning up the mess we've made before my wife comes home.

I present: Is the 737 MAX still grounded?, a quick single purpose website that I made, much in the same vein of
"Is California on fire?" or "Are Publix Chicken Tenders on Sale?". Rather than be short and glib with it, I chose to take a bit of an informative route with this—I didn't want it to be insensitive, even though I take some light jokes at Boeing and the FAA's expense. And yes, I'll update it when the 737 MAX is no longer grounded. Yeah, it's not the best website out there, but it exists.
I also finished The Legend of Zelda: Links Awakening yesterday. It was fun, but very much a classic game—some of the bosses are brutal while you figure out the magic thing you need to do to deal damage. I enjoyed my time with the game though.
I'll be finally (hopefully) finish setting up my home studio. The computer and extra gear that I had shipped from overseas should arrive by the end of today and then I'll get to set it all up in...

I'll be spending tomorrow at the New York Renaissance Faire! The last time I was there was over a decade ago, as a teenager. :)
Writing a paper that I've been putting off :/

Recoveing from the SMILE operation on my right eye, going to my German course, getting a haircut, and hopefully reply to some way overdue E-Mails.

Recovering from my cold, trying to reflash a router for a robotics meet, and probably finishing cleaning up around the house.
I'm writing my horror-novella about how the Shadows down bellow are pissed of us. You can actually read the first part here.
Dropping off the mailbox key and extra front door key at my condo because I'm CLOSING ON MONDAY! WOOHOO!

Nothing productive. Lots of bad quality fast food and high quality sex. /r/ihavesex
