What did you do this week?

    Finally my exercise routine is starting to stick in this quarantine period. Ran 2 days (2.4km and 2.6km), walk with my SO 2 days and did bodyweight exercises 4 days. I still have to dial my eating...

    Finally my exercise routine is starting to stick in this quarantine period.

    Ran 2 days (2.4km and 2.6km), walk with my SO 2 days and did bodyweight exercises 4 days.

    I still have to dial my eating because I'm not lifting weights and been eating at my SO's house more. They have a bad relationship with food and I need to be cautious.

    Not much. I spent most of it feeling like crap because of how the summer's heat affects my sleep - I don't cope well with it - and waiting for my GP to get back to me with a script for some blood...

    Not much. I spent most of it feeling like crap because of how the summer's heat affects my sleep - I don't cope well with it - and waiting for my GP to get back to me with a script for some blood tests.

    Luckily, I got a portable AC, so the temperature (and humidity!) is at least marginally under control now.

    I also discovered that bras with some padding do wonders for my figure - I only ever looked for bras to compress my chest up to this point, as I was trying to pass as male at work - so that was nice.
