What did you do this weekend?
As part of a weekly series, these topics are a place for users to casually discuss the things they did — or didn't do — during their weekend. Did you make any plans? Take a trip? Do nothing at all? Tell us about it!
My partner and I went camping Friday and Saturday nights. It was pouring rain when we got there and most of Saturday morning, so we ended up hanging out in the trailer playing video games. Saturday afternoon and evening was much better, since we got to cook s’mores over the campfire and eat outside.
I went on a bike ride with a friend Sunday evening which was also rained out the last twenty minutes or so. Not a big deal since it was warm, at least!
I've been sick since saturday, and I think it's covid. Pretty stressful but I've been quarantining so hopefully everything turns out ok!
Went to a nice French restaurant with a friend, had some really good artichokes, then a plate of finely sliced boiled veal with some fresh toppings (grated radish, horseradish, roasted potatoes, ...), was super good.
Had some pretty decent BBQ on Saturday night.
Spent a good amount of time yesterday at Rodeo Beach in Golden Gate National Park. Then went into Sausalito for dinner and an evening stroll. Next weekend I am going to focus on hiking the trails between Muir Beach and Rodeo Beach. Such a beautiful place to spend the day!
