    It is nice to see the FTC holding some of these companies accountable, though $20 million to Microsoft is chump change. It at least sends a little bit of a message that they need to be more...

    It is nice to see the FTC holding some of these companies accountable, though $20 million to Microsoft is chump change. It at least sends a little bit of a message that they need to be more cognizant of the data they collect and retain. I am really hoping that the US begins to move towards cracking down on data collection by these huge companies, but I'm not holding out much hope for now.
