Life long New Englander here. I’d start by driving up I-95 to Portland, ME. On your way up there, you can stop in Portsmouth, NH and walk around the downtown area or go check out Strawberry Banke if you want to see som history stuff. After Portsmouth, you can shoot across the bridge into Kittery to do some shopping of the Kittery Trading Post and the outlets. Then make your way up to Portland where you can spend the night and check out some of the surrounding area like the Old Port or Fort William Park. From Portland, I’d recommend driving out to North Conway, NH and travel through the White Mountains. You can check out Mount Washington, see the Mount Washington Grand Hotel, the Cog Railway and more. There’s tons of awesome stuff to see in the whites and that is the place to be for foliage. I’d recommend driving down the Kancamagus highway while you’re up there as it has some amazing views. Once you make your way across to I-93, you can drive down into Franconia Notch and see where the Old Man in the Mountain used to be before he fell. You can take the tram up to the top of Cannon Mountain if you want a good view. There is also a real short easy hike nearby called Artist Bluff that has a great lookout of the notch. From there, you can make your way back down I-93, stopping in Meredith, NH to check out Lake Winnipesaukee and the surrounding area. After that, if you are into military history, then I recommend the NH Veteran’s Cemetery. It is one of the nicest and well kept veteran cemeteries in the country that isn’t Arlington. After that, you can make your way back down to Boston.
This is a lot to do in 3-4 days and you could easily spend 3-4 days alone in each area. You could even spend more time in Maine and continue north from Portland to check out Boothbay Harbor and Acadia National Park. If you go up to Acadia though, you probably won’t have time to do much in NH. If you have any questions about anything in this area, do not hesitate to ask! I can give you other recommendations depending on your interests and what you want to see as well.

The GOP is going against education so people don’t learn about the past so they won’t understand why all these regulations were imposed in the first place. We need to continue to push back and try to vote out all the people pushing to roll back these regulations.

I have always hated cheese growing up except in pizza. I would always order a burger without cheese or a plain steak sub. I just never liked cheese for some reason. As I’ve gotten older, I’ve started eating some things with cheese. I’ll eat cheeseburgers, mozzarella sticks etc. I’m still not a fan of steak and cheese subs as to me, it just doesn’t go together. I still absolutely loathe blue cheese but am slowly branching out.
For tomato sauce, I just for some reason never ate it. I would also eat plain pasta. Now I enjoy pasta sauce in many forms. I don’t like it when it has big chunks of tomatoes, especially with the skin, but I manage much better now.
One thing that I still refuse to eat is seafood in any form. I just do not like the taste of seafood. Lobsters and crabs are just in their own category of terribleness. I’m never going to touch those ocean cockroaches.

Super annoying to have to go through the campaign again, not that it was that much of a grind, still annoying. I liked D3’s seasons where you could just do rifts etc. to level (or be power leveled). Hopefully they make it a smoother experience than PoE is as that is an absolute slog to get through the entire campaign before getting to maps.

Seems like they are updating the feed as more people are using it. Let’s see if they make it easier to switch accounts in the app and make it more like it is on Instagram. Right now you need to go to the account info, sign out, click switch account and select the one you want. In Instagram, I can just double tap my account icon and it’ll switch.

Not sure if this was a case of the app running in the background or not but will be sure to force close the app this time and check again and update.

For some companies, HR checking FB social feeds of employees for behaviour is almost a required thing.
This is something most companies will do for a large majority of their employees. It is essentially a standard practice for the hiring process in most places now. I’ve seen employees be spoken to by higher ups for things that they post on social media due to how it can be perceived.
On one hand, I totally understand why companies do this. As you said, the last thing you want to find out is that some of your employees are a bunch of neo-Nazis. Whether we agree with it or not, you as the employee, represent your company and people will not hesitate to call your company about your behavior outside of work. On the other hand, I feel your personal life should have no bearing on your job as long as it isn’t affecting your performance at your job or costing your company business. It is all a very fine line that some companies do well at balancing while others cannot seem to figure out.

However, I am seeing 99% posts from people I don’t follow or have no similarities to the interests that I follow vs. what I actually do follow. Hopefully this changes soon.

I also usually do a while rewatch of How I Met Your Mother and That 70s Show a couple times a year as well. I then will always do my annual rewatch of Band of Brothers and The Pacific over the summertime. Eagerly waiting for Masters of the Air to finally come out. Really hoping it hits the same feeling that Band of Brothers did, which the Pacific sadly missed. Still love the Pacific, but nothing will ever compare to Band of Brothers. Just an absolute masterpiece.

I’ve seen people rant and rave about other series but yet, I couldn’t get into them. Just because something is well reviewed and loved by others doesn’t mean everyone will enjoy it. People need to realize it is their opinion of something and not the stone cold fact about it.

RedHawk This is awesome! Keep up the great work with this app! This is awesome! Keep up the great work with this app!
The current product that the MLB gives us is horrible for many reasons. The excessive use of analytics, players either hitting home runs, striking out, or walking is boring as hell, the umpires inserting themselves too much into games, and more. It is nice that they have shortened games, but there is still a lot more that needs to be fixed. Personally, I feel analytics need to go. They have completely ruined the game. Games just aren’t exciting like they were 20+ years ago. I think America would be fine with a 3 hour game like cricket if there was more excitement to it. Look at football, those games easily last more than 3 hours (mainly due to commercials) and people watch them constantly. If it is a product people enjoy, then they will watch it.
