Sad news indeed. A community I'm part of uses miraheze as well and we're trying to find somewhere to migrate. The problem is transferring hundreds of articles to a different platform which is gonna be a headache. Any solutions?
I saw this and remembered this thread, but it looks like someone stepped in to take over and Miraheze won't shut down.
Wow. What a shame, I have used Miraheze for quite a few things. What are the best options for migration, just wikia and such?
Wikia is really a horrible option nowadays. I wouldn't recommend period.
Would you mind elaborating on this? I don't want to transfer to a site that is a hard negative but I'd appreciate any more info you have.

This is honestly terrible news. I used Miraheze a couple times a few years ago to host wikis, and they were fantastic to work with.
