Interesting. It appears to be classified as a "resettlement prison", whose purpose is to prepare inmates for release back into society. It appears that they're making a decent attempt at that....

They're able to forgo at least some of the security techniques that higher-level prisons require. I'd be curious to see, over time, what the recidivism rate is for inmates from this facility compared to your typical shitty prisons.
