I accept that most people simply don't care enough to bother, but voluntarily using a browser like this still baffles my mind when the stated goal of this browser is to be able to harvest even more user information.

You already have to allow the installation of apps outside the play store, so adding just one more toggle to deactivate it wouldn't make sense.
This will be such a blow to the independent application ecosystem. Even if custom roms could disable it, the userbase of independent apps would shrink to a point where most developers wouldn't bother with it anymore.
I hate the timeline we are currently in.

Mnmalst Still rocking my 4a. I refuse to give up a perfectly working phone and spend money on a new one that pretty much does exactly the same. Pretty much yes. I am not even sure you can federate with bluesky yet. I think they will open that up later and then you can start up a "bluesky" server and federate with the main one. Or you can build your own application as well of course. -

Mnmalst No, those are two different networks. Bluesky doesn't use the same protocol as mastodon, which is the one Threads is gonna be using. No, those are two different networks. Bluesky doesn't use the same protocol as mastodon, which is the one Threads is gonna be using.

The game is called Torn City and games like it are called "idlegames". :) Usually the game loop is super relaxed. You can hop into the game a couple times a day, do some things, and hop out again. You play it fully in a web browser as well, so nothing to download.
Here is a quick teaser video.
And here a player made video which at the very least should give you an idea what to expect.
This game is a very long term games, where so in game actions and progression takes literally years to complete.
Let me know what you think and if you even try it.

There are a lot of different companies who offer these food replacement products. Some even have non sweet variants, which I always wanted to try. I have no experience with those tho but I will probably test it some day. jimmyjoy.com or huel.com are two of them in case you want to check them out.
The use case is irrelevant for the glaring privacy issues these companies and even more, their software, bring with them. I am not denying there are certain useful use cases but the usefulness doesn't negate the privacy issues at all.
