    Moral of the story: If you're gonna give tax breaks to incentivize job creation, they should be paired with subsequent phased-in tax hikes 5/10/15 years later to insure that money gets recouped...

    Tax breaks are almost certainly less preferable to low-interest loans and/or grants instead.
