    Looks to me like the marketing agency that did this campaign on behalf of Google went to far. Google probably knows these kinds of stipulations are absolutely not worth it. That being said, they work on behalf of Google, so they are ultimately responsible. All in all, weird move imo.

      When asked, Google communications manager Kayla Geier told The Verge that “#TeamPixel is a distinct program, separate from our press and creator reviews programs. The goal of #TeamPixel is to get Pixel devices into the hands of content creators, not press and tech reviewers. We missed the mark with this new language that appeared in the #TeamPixel form yesterday, and it has been removed.”

    LTT talked about this on their wan show and it seemed like this was poor language targeted at "Brand Ambassadors" which are supposed to biased towards Pixel and not in any way objective. Seemed like they wanted to avoid influencers posting things like "I love the Pixel 9, it's amazing! #TeamPixel sent from an iPhone"
