Internet access is a telecommunications service and should be regulated under Title II. The most obvious evidence of this is that the FCC and the telecomuncations companies have to go to incredibly lengthy, nearly incomprehensible, nonsensical arguments to justify revoking Title II.

These companies hate Title II regulation because it is one of the most unprofitable regulations ever...it mandates that all people can access telecommunications services, regardless of profitability. The fact that the FCC is siding with them currently means the fox is watching the henhouse.
