      I can’t help but wonder if Facebook’s recent mobilization against political misinformation has been spurred by the direct threat to their business from the recent House report calling for antitrust legislation.

      People have been harping that Facebook is a large scale misinformation platform for years and the fact that they are only just now trying to do good less than a month before the election is too little, too late. It’s proof that these tech giants need to be regulated as the threat of profit loss is the only thing that seems to motivate them in the right direction.
