Exemplary
It has come to my attention my account on Reddit has a new variant of a shadowban, where comments do not appear at all - including to moderators.
Are you sure this isn't just a current issue with Reddit itself (instead of an actual shadowban)? Because it looks like comments aren't loading even when logged out and there's a number of posts about the issue on the help subreddit.

Edit: Nevermind, I see you're referring to the r/help subreddit!
I believe this is the case, thank you for informing me, and I have deleted this topic as to not add fuel to the flame. Hopefully my issue is resolved when this Reddit-wide issue resolves as well. If not, well we'll see.

All of the recent behavior from Reddit's admins has been petty. They're actively refusing to accept that they are taking the site in a direction people do not want, and now that people are threatening their control over the situation they're lashing out. This is why those of us on Reddit need to keep making our voices heard; we need people outside of our sphere to take notice and shine a light on the Admins' poor conduct.

That means training reddit to hide/shadowban links to other sites they consider a threat. They've actually been doing this for years, certain reddit alternatives cannot be linked to without reddit's inbuilt spam filter tripping on it and removing posts, submissions, and comments that moderators themselves cannot re-approve even in their own subreddits. Editing posts also triggers this - it's the same system they use to keep the worst of the internet from spamming everywhere on reddit with garbage links to scam sites. That's actually a good thing, without it reddit would be an unbelievable cesspool.
To my knowledge, Tildes has never been one of the sites tripping that filter. All our stuff is PMs of invite codes, and comments in the /r/tildes subreddit which we moderate. If that's changed, I take it as a high compliment, or perhaps it just means they have an intern who is half asleep managing the ban list, just dumping anything they see into it. Neither option would surprise me.
They did this when people were migrating to Ruqqus a few years ago, before it turned into a nazi hole like Voat. Any mention of Ruqqus would automatically caused your account to be shadowbanned.

Thanks for the heads up. I haven't modded a sub in years, so I'd never have known otherwise. I'm curious if your comments will only be temporarily shadowbanned. In the meantime, have you reached...

In the meantime, have you reached out to Reddit admins to confirm the state of your account? It's not rulebreaking to invite users to Reddit competitors.

I've invited a few people today and have received responses back, so whatever the issue is, it's not universal.
Hey, I'm one of those - thanks! If it helps, I am still able to view your comments.
Wow so the admins are angry then… can’t believe they shadowbanned you. That’s very petty.
I’m super thankful to the person who invited me

Eh, I’m burning down my accounts anyway. They can shadowban me all they want.
