User Groups?

I was just wondering if there would ever be user editable groups (like subreddits) If so, I would like to suggest a few features:
1: Public/Private. Users could choose whether or not to require an invite to access the group.
2: Stickies: The creator of the group and specified individuals should be able to create posts that are always at the top, such as a rules page.
3: Other controls: #Posts/user/hour. Enable or disable voting. Allow or disallow images/videos etc.

(I think link submissions are ok, people have always been doing it, especially in ~music and ~creative.)

#2 Stickies is on the roadmap/WIP.

p.s. Sticky topics are a WIP and have also been discussed a fair bit, but Deimos said the problem he has with them is users tend to develop sticky blindness and ignore them. They also take up a lot of vertical space on mobile, so we have been trying to come up with ideas on how best to do them to avoid those problems... e.g. have the sticky only remain a sticky until the user visits the sticky's comments page (and presumably has then read it), then remove it from their sticky position.

The unofficial wiki is an user initiative currently run by @deing to gather, organize, and archive information from the Tildes community. Contributions and suggestions are welcome.

Edit: I think your privacy introduction would make a great article btw

The unoficial wiki was originally created by kat but was shut down due to her having health complications, it having spam issues and a general lack of contributions. Though thankfully it was later revived by some awesome users. There is no oversight by Deimos on it and so it may contain inaccuracies and far more speculation than the official docs.... although from what I have read of it, it's pretty dang decent so far and nothing there is wildly out of line.
