This is probably my favourite episode this season to date. It's got a nice mix of light hearted creepiness, and more mature themes, such as the impending future of machines taking human jobs.

It was a little obvious that the friendly nice sweet naive girl working in Dispatch had to die. As soon as she started being sweet and positive and optimistic... I knew she was a goner. :(

And I'm finally going to mention something that's been bothering me all season: the new theme music. It's mostly okay, but there's that bit about 10-20 seconds in where it sounds like the cassette tape got tangled in the spools and the whole playback drags to a halt, before someone untangles it. That bit is awful, and it bothers me every time I hear it.

Exactly. It's finally starting to feel like proper Dr. Who again. New cast, new writers, some bumpiness is to be expected. This was definitely my favorite so far of the new series.

I enjoyed it a lot, but the inevitable twist that it was the system that was asking for help and it was (mostly) not evil was a little disappointing. The episode seemed to be setting up a lot of parallels with Amazon, but the conclusion didn't really match that for me.
