This was on a service called Yahoo Stream with the sixth season of Community, turns out the service went under and the show has been lost to me ever since, but I guess someone managed to get the rights.

Edit 2: The firsttwo episodes are available on Dust's YouTube channel, and those are region free. So I would assume the Vimeo archives are as well.
