I'm also partial to Demetori if I need something instrumental. I'll also almost always end a running session with Get Out by Dance with the Dead.

I'll warn you ahead of time that the first half-ish can be a real slog, but the payoff is absolutely worth it. It goes from 0 to 60 REAL quick, and once you hit that point, I promise you'll want to binge to the end.

I switched a while ago, so this may no longer be true, but I found the interface for Pocket Casts a lot more pleasant to use, and it has the few features I really require (auto-downloading of new episodes, syncing/saving subs).
I've used KeepassXC (And before that the original Keepass) for over 5 years now, and it's great. Super easy to keep synced across devices via Dropbox/Drive/Syncthing/etc., and the built-in browser integration is nice for autofill.
