I got a green ball gown perfect for dressing up as Rose Marshall, some jewelry, more clothes, and a cookbook I still use for baking. I also got a dress that's old-fashioned, and elegant, while being practical enough to wear to a babysitting job, so I might dress up as Mary Dunlavy instead.

Read all three volumes of The Hunters Guild: Red Hood. A fun adventure based on fairy tales, with a werewolf hunter who got turned into a child, a fire witch named Cinderella, and a plot twist that I never would have seen coming.

Also read A Gentle Noble's Vacation Recommendation. The way Lizel treated everything as a casual outing, even when they were fighting a dragon. Gil's annoyance with all the random people who decide to join Lizel is hilarious.

Tunic was a lesson in nonverbal storytelling, and the player's understanding of the world changes drastically after certain events. When you get more context, you end up completely reinterpreting the same pictures. It also adds a meta component, in which the game guide is a physical item you have to collect.

Wings of Fire was a good 'childrens' story. It didn't have any swearing, but what it did have was lots and lots of violence. Still have no clue how they grade these things. Secrets of Stone was a really fun read, and the first in a quartet, with some thought-provoking ideas. The characters in both of these are pretty close to human, though.
Automatic Noodle was a great one about military robots starting a restaurant after the war is over.
Varjak Paw was about a cat who learns martial arts.
Haru was one of my favorite comics, about a young bird, and a boar, who go on an adventure to destroy an evil artifact.
The Underfoot was a comic series about a colony of hamsters surviving after the end of humanity.

A light novel series I love is The Domain Lord Starts With Zero Subjects. I like how it doesn't fall into some of the traps that similar works can. I've read other ones where the protagonist buys slaves to join his party, and it's presented as 'okay' because he sets them free after. The book doesn't do that. The protagonist makes it very clear that buying other people would be a messed up thing to do, and that even if he were a completely perfect person, it would still be giving money to the slavers. He points out that merchants don't sell to just one person, and that they would have to kidnap other people to sell if there's a demand for it.

It's a power fantasy, but one I like, because the reason the protagonist wins is that he's a genuinely nice person who treats everyone with respect. He has allies who can negotiate trade deals for him, and one of the other characters has magic that tells her when people are lying, and when they mean to cause them harm. The protagonist is strong enough to fight most of the monsters that come into their territory, but he doesn't take unnecessary risks, and usually has a plan, because it's better to be overprepaired than dead.

Another thing I like is that he's humble, but not blind. In a lot of stories, the protagonist assumes that just because something was easy for him, it must be easy for everyone. The protagonist kills an earth dragon in the first book, under the impression that it was just a turtle monster, but when he's told what it was, he actually figures out that he's axe is enchanted from that. Later, when more dragons show up, he recognizes them as a threat, and gives orders to his soldiers accordingly. He understood that even if he got lucky the first time, and had a weapon that could break the dragons armour, the people around him didn't, so caution was the best strategy.

I also played Mudborne, which I thought was going to be like APICO but with frogs when I got it, but the developers added a lot. It was exceedingly fun, with a surprising story. The last puzzle somehow manages to get the feeling of just beating the final boss by the skin of your teeth in a game with no combat.

I also played a bit of Kitara Fables. An adorable light-hearted game, about a village full of cute critters. I will say this though; the challenge all but disappeared after I got the Evil Bone Wings from the mine. I liked playing a game where I didn't have to bring a truck full of healing potions into every dungeon, and healing yourself faster than even the final boss can deal damage was nice for me, but not everyone likes that. The wings are completely optional though, and it is actually quite difficult without them.

Currently playing Cassette Beasts. I'm having a lot of fun! I really focus on the music when I'm playing a game, so this was great for me. It's a very creative design, and I can't wait to explore more of the story. I got it from Epic Games free game on Thursday, so if anyone here wants to play and hasn't picked it up yet, now would be a good time.

I was going to share some other stuff, but I can't figure out how to use the spoiler tags. I was following the directions, and am wondering if it's because I'm using a tablet.

Still, great game. I had a lot of fun playing it.

I just finished watching Twisted Wonderland, and read Helck a while back. Both the anime and manga of Helck are finished, but the anime ends before the manga does. It gets kind of dark later on, but has a happy ending if you can get through it. I also read Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun, it's a lot of fun, and I'm thinking of watching the anime. The new version of Pokémon is much more plot heavy than the last one, and the villains are much more threatening than Team Rocket.

Forgot to mention, but I also like the Wilderlore series. It's like Pokémon, but takes more of a look at how people would feel about living in a world filled with magical creatures that could easily kill them. Another thing I like about it is that it explains the reason why there's a max party size. Eagerly anticipating the next book!

I also love the Diary of a Eight-Bit Warrior series, but from how things are going, I don't think it going to be finished anytime soon:(

Chicory was amazing. I really love how sweet the story was, the depth to it, and how the characters are written. The music was great too.

Moonlighter was a fun roguelite about running a shop, and the revelation of where the dungeons come from was cool. I listen to the OST from this one a lot.

Slime Rancher was just plain cute, but the sequel had a more dramatic story, and a final area that was reminiscent of Stalker without being scary.

And of course there's Harvestella. An incredibly enjoyable game, in a turn off your brain sort of way. The art and music are beautiful, the plot is fun, and there are some nice twists, but you shouldn't think too hard about some of it. The farm isn't big enough, and I wish it was easier to dodge attacks, but I had a lot of fun.

I'm probably not going to going to play that game, (I don't really like scary things) nut I read a pair of really great essays about it. How it was described seems kind of like Tunic to me. The essayists were talking about some of the storytelling choices, and how it differed from other roguelites because time didn't reset. It seemed like a really good game from how they described it. The book that had those essays in it was How a Game Lives vol. 1 in case you want to read it.
